This was an assignment - an homage to Egon Schiele's Kneeling Woman in an Orange Dress. The assignment was to basically copy a work that you were inspired by and then take that experience and paint another painting in that style. After painting Schiele's Kneeling Woman I painted my daughter, Chloe.
